     Return and Cancellation Policy

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can send a mail with the order ID to within 6 hours after the order placement. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.  

    There may be chances that the product runs out of stock after you make the payment. In such cases, we provide cash refunds.


    We are confident and stand behind the products we sell. For any dissatisfaction with the product, we offer a replacement. We will provide you store vouchers for the amount you have paid for the product including shipping charges (In case of self return). You are always welcome to use the store credits to buy any other product from the site. 

    Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

    Please follow these steps to claim Replacement/Refund

    ■ How many days ?

    You have 10 days to return an item from the date of receipt. 

    ■ How many times can I return/replace an item Per Order?

    Only once per order. The replacement is applicable only once per order. Replaced product won't be replaced again.

    ■ Partial Returns?

    Partial return is acceptable.

    ■ Cash returns ? Can I get a cash refund If I am not satisfied with the product ?

    Currently the "Try & Buy" option is not available on the site. So we are unable to process 'cash refunds' for product dissatisfaction due to colour, quality or size. We offer store credits to buy any other product from the site or a replacement option. 

    In case of damage, we will give you a full refund.(full refund is applicable only if the product gets damaged while transportation/ the product package is tampered/open). In such cases, you need not accept the product from the courier executive and immediately inform us. We will give you a full refund after inspection. 

    How do I return ?

    1) Let us know you wish to return

    ● Fill up the "return form" available at the bottom of the site. 

    ● Send a mail to with the order ID that you wish to return.

    We will get in touch with you within 48 hours. If you don't hear anything from us within 48 hours, you can always reach us through the "whatsapp" one point contact.

    2) How the product reaches back to MouMith?

    We will arrange a pick up within 10 days after receiving the return request. There is no return pick up facility available in Kerala, West Bengal, Orissa and some remote areas. (In such cases the buyer needs to send the item back to us through a reputed courier/speed post.Don't worry !! we will guide you how to return the item to us.) 

    Self Return

    ■ You must pack the item safely (In most cases we will provide you a return courier cover with the shipment.)

    ■ You must write the address correctly ( We will inform you the address through mail. )

    ■ You can either send it through speed post or any other courier.

    ■ The Shipment must be trackable through internet.

    ■ Email us an image/screen shot/ scanned copy of courier receipt.


    Points to be noted :

    ■ No exchanges or returns on items marked under Deals 999/Offer zone/Final sale

    ■ Our 15 days return policy is not applicable for E-gift vouchers, combo offers, Deals 999, Offer zone and Final sale products.            

    ■ Cash on delivery charges are non refundable.

    ■ In case of self return, the shipping charges will be credited to your MouMith account as store vouchers/redeemable points.

    ■ No refund is applicable in case of damage of products due to negligence/carelessness from your side.


    ■  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused

    ■ It must be in the original packaging. 

    ■ All tags/Product image should be intact.

    You must take the time to inspect the package before you sign the delivery receipt from the courier executive. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting whether the shipment is tampered/open, you will be responsible for the damages, if any. shall have the right to deny the refund/replacement. 

    How much time will it take to complete the refund/replacement process? 

    We try to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers, however it may take time to inspect an item returned. Once your product is received, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement request.Cash refunds will be processed within 7 working days and store credits within 5 days after the approval. 

    Though we make our best efforts to display the images of products in the most accurate way possible on the website, there is no guarantee regarding the colour. There may be a 3-5 percent variation in colour of the original product due to digital photography.

     You must keep the following points while you buy an item through online:

    1. Colours have a tendency to override . All colours except white may have a tendancy to override in the computer/mobile screen. (For eg: The black has a tendency to appear as navy blue/grape wine shades. Sky blue has a tendency to appear as aqua blue. Violet/purple sometimes shows the characteristics of navy blue. Maroon has a tendency to show the lighter shades of dark magenta etc.)

    2. Flash light may be used to take the product images. There may be chances to vary the colour up to 5%.

    3. Currently no technique is available to test the accuracy of the product colour from an image.
